1.4. Use of the Platform is voluntary and requires acceptance of these Terms.
2.1. User - any natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity under separate provisions, using the Platform.
2.2. Student - a User who has registered an Account and uses the educational services provided through the Platform.
2.3. Teacher - a person cooperating with the Service Provider who conducts English language lessons through the Platform.
2.4. Account - a separate part of the Platform assigned to a given User, enabling the use of services after logging in.
2.5. Lesson - an individual or group online English language lesson conducted via video communication platforms (e.g., Zoom).
2.6. Trial Lesson - a free 30-minute introductory lesson provided to new Users to familiarize them with the Platform's services.
2.7. Subscription - a paid package of lessons purchased by the Student for a specified period.
3.1. The Service Provider provides the following services through the Platform:

3.3. Services are provided electronically via the Platform and video communication tools.
4.1. To use the Platform's full functionality, Users must create an Account by completing the registration process.

4.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their Account.
4.4. Users must immediately notify the Service Provider of any unauthorized use of their Account.
4.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.
5.1. New Users are entitled to one free 30-minute Trial Lesson.
5.2. Trial Lessons can be scheduled through the Calendly booking system integrated into the Platform.
5.3. Users will receive confirmation and access details via email after booking.
5.4. Trial Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
5.5. Failure to attend a Trial Lesson without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the free trial offer.
6.1. After the Trial Lesson, Users may purchase Subscriptions providing access to regular lessons.
6.2. Subscription packages are available for periods of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
6.3. Current pricing information is available on the Platform at [DOMAIN]/subscriptions.
6.4. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. The Service Provider does not store credit card information.
6.5. Upon successful payment, Students receive confirmation and access to their purchased Subscription.
6.6. Subscriptions are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing Student.
7.1. Students with active Subscriptions can schedule lessons through the Platform's booking system.
7.2. Lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
7.3. Students may cancel or reschedule lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
7.4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in the lesson being counted as completed and deducted from the Subscription.
7.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel lessons due to Teacher unavailability or technical issues, in which case the lesson will not be deducted from the Subscription.
8.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
8.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date of contract conclusion (Subscription purchase).
8.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Service Provider at [CONTACT_EMAIL] of their decision to withdraw.
8.4. If a Consumer withdraws from the contract, any payments received will be reimbursed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, minus the proportional value of any services already provided.
8.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Consumer explicitly consents to the commencement of service provision before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
